Return & Exchange Policy

At TheSleeka, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You may return or exchange products within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
  • Only if we delivered you the wrong/damaged article.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, promotional items, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Provide the order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  • Once approved, we will arrange the collection of the product at your doorstep (for COD orders).
  • Courier charges and handling charges will be paid by the customer in case of change of mind.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • All refunds will be provided in cash upon the return of the product, or as a voucher for future purchases, depending on your preference.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
